If something happens to your car during the warranty period, we will fix it, free of charge, based on the terms of our warranty.

A used car warranty is a contract that promises to cover the cost of certain repairs. These warranties work similarly to manufacturer warranties. If your car breaks down, you will take it to a licensed repair shop to have it diagnosed. If your warranty covers the necessary repairs, the administrator will cover the cost of the repairs and deduct any deductibles from your account.

1. Where can you get a Used Car Warranty?

Longo carries out a strict inspection and preparation of each used car. The 150-point inspection is carried out at the Longo preparation center, so we are confident in the quality of each used car and provide a 60-day or 3000km warranty. Also, we can offer an extension of the warranty up to 3 years. Please inquire about the terms of the extended warranty at our branches.

2. Longo Warranty for a used car: what is it?

Every Longo car undergoes a thorough inspection and history check to ensure that the condition of the car meets high standards at Longo.
Each used car undergoes a 150-point check before being delivered to the point of sale. Specialists working at the largest Longo used car preparation center take care of all the processes of preparing a quality car. The photos and descriptions that you can see in the offer list correspond to the real condition of the cars.

A happy customer is more likely to spread the good word about our service. Which is another good reason why we provide every car with a 2-month or 3000 km warranty.

3. What is included in Longo Warranty?

4. How do I apply for Longo Warranty?

It's easy. If you buy a used car from Longo, a warranty is already part of the deal because we want our customers to be satisfied and confident in their car buying decision.

5. How do I claim warranty?

1. You should contact our sales representatives as soon as possible by phone +37052030012 or e-mail garantija@longo.lt;
2. After talking to our sales representative, deliver the car to the Longo sales area as soon as possible;
3. Upon handover of the car, a defect report will be drawn up and your car will be sent for diagnostics;
4. Armed with the diagnostic data, we will make a decision on the best way the car should be repaired in accordance with the terms of the Warranty;
5. The warranty repair period of the car may be affected by the procurement and replacement of parts, where applicable;
6. We will keep you informed of the service progress and the expected date of your car’s return from service;
7. After the car is successfully repaired, you can pick it up at Longo sales location.

Important to know:

1. If towing services are required, the customer covers the transportation costs.
2. Longo doesn't offer a replacement car during Warranty repair period. Read more about our warranty agreement here.
3. The Warranty claim will be automatically rejected if the damaged or defective part has already been fixed or replaced by a third party service.
